  11. Ok, You already downloaded this, now what?
  12. First you have to have Winzip and Microsoft Plus!
  13. Ok, you got those two programs.  I told winzip where
  14. to extract the theme I made, so all you have to do is 
  15. extract the theme to your C: drive, winzip will do the 
  16. rest.  To install the fonts:
  17.     1) Goto the Control Panel.
  18.     2) Double click on Fonts.
  19.     3) Click on "File" on the tool bar.
  20.     4) Click on "Install New Font" on the sub menu.
  21.     5) Then tell it where the fonts are, if you did
  22.        what I said above, they should be in the root
  23.        of the C: drive.
